Right of withdrawal of Consumer Users in the purchase of digital products and services

Only the consumer user who, for any reason, is not satisfied with the product has the right to withdraw without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days following the date of conclusion of the contract, by sending a written communication to the e – email address info@followerfex.com, using the optional withdrawal form referred to in the following article or any other written statement.

In case of withdrawal carried out correctly, the Owner will reimburse the Consumer User for the payments received, in the same payment methods used by the User for the initial transaction, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days following the date on which the user informed to withdraw from the contract. 

In the event of purchasing a digital product, the Consumer User acknowledges and agrees to lose the right of withdrawal if the execution or download of the digital product has begun with his or her express consent and with the acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal after execution. or download started, in accordance with art. 59 let. o) of the Code of

Consumer.

In the event of a request for the provision of a service, the Consumer User acknowledges and agrees to lose the right of withdrawal after the complete provision of the service if the provision has begun with his or her express consent and with the acceptance of losing the right of withdrawal after the provision. of the service, in accordance with art. 59 let. a) of the Consumer Code. Furthermore, the Consumer User acknowledges and agrees to lose the right of withdrawal if he or she has requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, in accordance with art. 51, paragraph 8.

When the service has not been provided in its entirety and the consumer user wishes to withdraw from the contract, he or she remains obliged, in accordance with art. 57, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, to pay the Owner an amount proportional to what he has done up to the moment in which he has exercised the right of withdrawal.

The Consumer User acknowledges and accepts that the withdrawal of a subscribed subscription does not entail the refund of the sums related to the Products already used or provided.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal of the Consumer User

The right of withdrawal from the contract of sale or supply of the Products by the Consumer User is excluded with respect to:

the supply of bespoke or clearly personalized Products

In case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, the Owner will return the Products purchased to the User, charging shipping costs.
